IHR CONSULTING was founded in 2003 with the sole purpose of becoming the leading ONE-STOP HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE for Malaysian SME businesses.
Our years of experience in dealing with the Malaysian SMEs made us realize that the HR is the most neglected function within any small and medium sized businesses.
The creation of IHR CONSULTING was to fill this gap of enabling the Malaysian SMEs to learn, adopt and practice good human resource management so they could attract, develop and retain the most valued asset – their employees. If not managed right, as we all know the employees could end up being a big financial liability.
Based on our experience and understanding of their needs as we are also an SME, we designed a range of human resource services from payroll outsourcing, HR advisory, consultancy and training. In some cases we also customized and tailored made our service to suit our clients needs as we truly care about Malaysian SMEs.
Over the past 15 years, we have established ourselves our brand as a reputable HR service provider to more than 500 SMEs in Malaysia undertaking various HR related tasks i.e. payroll and statutory requirement, advising them on complex labor and industrial relations issues, professionalising their human resource related documentation and many others.

Supramaniam Ramasamy
Founder & CEOSupra started his career as Assistant HR Manager for American Malaysian Insurance Sdn. Bhd. in 1993, he joined DELCOM Group of Companies as Group HR Manage and subsequently started the first payroll and HR outsourcing company called HRPM Consulting and subsequently sold the business in 2001With more than 20 years experience in HR he founded IHR Consulting in 2003.
Stephanie Choo Mei Kin
Executive DirectorStephanie holds a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Australia. She has 15 years experience in the areas fo payroll administration and HR/IR advisory support. Since 2011, she has progressed with IHR Consulting from Head of Payroll and Advisory to managing consulting projects to becoming a Board Member and currently assumes the position of Executive Director. She currently oversees the entire operations of the Company.
Jackie Cheah
Head of HRIS & ESSJackie has 20 years of invaluable experience in Payroll Mangement, specializing in Compensation and Benefits. Her journey with i-HR Consulting began in 2013, after serving in payroll & HR at Kerry’s Departmental Store, and then as a senior HR executive majoring in payroll at Qualitas Medical Group. Throughuot the years, Jackie has been instrumental in providing exceptional service to a multitude of companies in various industries. Her expertise is also dominantly in payroll audit & full outsourcing. Her key area of competency is HRIS system implementation.
Nurizan Hussin
DirectorNurizan has more than 27 years of management experience. She graduated from UITM and holds a Masters in Business Administrations. She is also the founder of Sinergia Asia Sdn Bhd. Together with I-HR Consulting Sdn Bhd both companies has established a reputable brand as a HR service provider to more than 500 SMEs in Malaysia. She has held various senior management positions in Multinational Corporation such as Mattel, Jabil, Siemens VDO, Sharp Roxy and POSAD group of companies. With many years of professional experience in a multicultural environment and international exposure,. She blends her diverse industrial experience with management skills to createdynamic business teams and integration of Human Resources is one of her key competence areas. Nurizan also associates and engage an active roles in NGOs, and currently holds the position as the Training Chairman for NAWEM – National Association of Women Entrepreneurs Malaysia, Green Lifestyle Association – Vice President, Exco Member for SMBA – Swiss Malaysian Business Association and Empretec Director for UNCTAD – United Nations.
