She has 15 years experience in the areas fo payroll administration and HR/IR advisory support. Since 2011, she has progressed with IHR Consulting from Head of Payroll and Advisory to managing consulting projects to becoming a Board Member and currently assumes the position of Executive Director. She currently oversees the entire operations of the Company.

Throughuot the years, Jackie has been instrumental in providing exceptional service to a multitude of companies in various industries. Her expertise is also dominantly in payroll audit & full outsourcing. Her key area of competency is HRIS system implementation.

Nurizan has more than 27 years of management experience. She graduated from UITM and holds a Masters in Business Administrations. She is also the founder of Sinergia Asia Sdn Bhd. Together with I-HR Consulting Sdn Bhd both companies has established a reputable brand as a HR service provider to more than 500 SMEs in Malaysia. She has held various senior management positions in Multinational Corporation such as Mattel, Jabil, Siemens VDO, Sharp Roxy and POSAD group of companies. With many years of professional experience in a multicultural environment and international exposure,. She blends her diverse industrial experience with management skills to createdynamic business teams and integration of Human Resources is one of her key competence areas. Nurizan also associates and engage an active roles in NGOs, and currently holds the position as the Training Chairman for NAWEM – National Association of Women Entrepreneurs Malaysia, Green Lifestyle Association – Vice President, Exco Member for SMBA – Swiss Malaysian Business Association and Empretec Director for UNCTAD – United Nations.
Sudhev is an Organisational Business Process implementation and Corporate Turnaround coach via his various innovative product, ﬁnancial, organisational processes, people and infrastructural transformational strategies. He was previously the Group Senior General Manager of a Public Listed Company in Malaysia leading the corporate turn-around of the Human Resources Department as well as the Resorts and Education divisions for the Company Prior to joining the PLC. Sudhev has held various managerial and senior management positions in various companies. He has over 25 years’ experience in Business Development, Business Management, Strategic Marketing Management, Sales and Marketing, Event and Campaign Management that spans across the Education, Automotive, Hospitality and Property industries and in Human Capital Development.
